Converting a dead space

We have done many conversions, some want to convert to a bedroom, extend the kitchen, children's playroom, storage room. Depending on its future use you may not have to get planning consent, but if you do I can walk you though it and/or deal with them myself on your behalf; it really isn't as painful and scary as it seems.
